Autocorp Holding Public Company Limited or “ACG” has moved from mai to be traded in SET under Industrials Group in Automotive Sector since July 1, 2020
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has moved Autocorp Holding Public Company Limited or “ACG” from mai to SET under Industrials Group in Automotive Sector since July 1, 2020, reflecting the increase in Company's profitability. The management is confident that it will positively call for confidence and feedback from retail investors, and both local and foreign institutions.
ACG had been a listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) since 27 June 2019. Later, ACG filed an application requesting the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to instruct the trading of its ordinary shares on the SET. The SET has considered ACG's qualifications and deemed that it is fully qualified according to the regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Thus, the SET instructed the trading of ACG 600,000,000 shares at a par value of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling 300,000,000 baht, to be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under Industrials Group in Automotive Sector using the same trading name; "ACG", commencing from 1 July 2020 onwards.
