ACG held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada - Mr. Panich Pongpirodom (second from the left), Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with Mr. Phanumast Rungkakulnuwat (second from the right), Chief Executive Officer of Autocorp Holding Public Company Limited or ACG, took a photo with the Board of Directors in the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the first meeting since the Company was listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Management is confident to lead the Company through the economic slowdown for COVID-19. The Company is also ready to step into a new business, an auto parts store service center and auto parts store providing service to all car brands in the FASTFIT form under the name “Autoclik by ACG”. This aims to increase customer base, supporting a sustainable growth.
